Troop 45 | Needmore, PA
The boys chose to go to Sinoquipe this year and check out the new pool. They are scheduled for the week of July 19.
The total camp cost is $395. The first payment of $135 is due by the March 6 troop meeting. The second payment of $135 is due by the April 10 troop meeting. The final payment of $125 is due by the May 8 troop meeting.

The troop will have a lock in Fri, Nov. 1, from 7PM until 9AM on Saturday. Boys should bring a game, a snack, and a sleeping bag and cot or air mattress.
The fall court of awards begins at 7PM Fri, Oct. 4.
This merit badge fair is designed to connect scouts with counselors and to give them the opportunity to start several badges. Scouts should not expect to finish any badges in just the ninety-minute session time. If a scout would like to finish a badge in April, he can begin working on the requirements as soon as he registers. Below are the counselors’ goals for what they hope to finish on April 13 and what they expect the scout will need to do independently.

Troop 45 is hosting a merit badge fair for local troops Sat, April 13, from 8AM-5PM at Cito UMC just south of McConnellsburg. Nine badges will be offered and boys can choose four to work on that day.* All badges will have requirements that the boys will need to complete on their own–either before April 13 or after.

The boys will head to Camp Rock Enon July 14-20. Check out the promo video. The first payment of $50 is due. The total cost is $285 and will be due in April.

Join us for a fall paint night. This fundraiser will help offset the costs of part of the troop’s uniform.

We will campout at the Nazarene church Sept. 21-23. Our court of honor will be held about 7:30PM on Saturday. Pick up will be Sunday about 9AM.

Our next fundraiser is helping at the route 70 rest stop coffee break over Labor Day weekend. Families are asked to make 120-144 cookies for the weekend. Our troop will officially cover Sunday’s hours from 7AM-10PM. Mr. Wenschhof will email a schedule sign up. Boys are welcome Friday through Monday as their schedules permit.
