Coffee Break

We’ll join the Needmore Community Center and Pack 45 in hosting a cookie and coffee booth at the route 70 rest stop during Labor Day weekend. Please bring 10-11 dozen cookies in snack bags of 2-4 cookies per bag. See the scoutmaster’s email to sign up for a time slot. This is our troop’s second biggest fundraiser.

Coffee Break

Our troop will help the Needmore Community Center with the Route 70 cookie and coffee break. Officially the troop helps with shifts on Sun, Sept. 5, but are welcome to serve Fri, Sept. 3, and Mon, Sept. 6. Each scout is asked to bring eight dozen cookies in labeled bags (2-4 cookies per bag). Bring a camp chair and a water bottle.

Community Center Raffle Drawing

The Needmore Community Center sponsors a raffle drawing to raise funds for the scout house upkeep and insurance. The raffle drawing will be at Gordon’s Cruise-In Aug. 14 at 6PM.

Fulton County Fair Fundraiser

The Fulton County Fair has asked us to take care of the trash and bathrooms Aug. 1-7. Scouts and families are asked to help with at least two shifts during the week. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Load Christmas Trees

We will meet at 8:30AM at the scout house to load Christmas trees as our part for the Mason-Dixon Council tree sale fundraiser.

Coffee Break, Sept. 4-7

Families are asked to donate 8-9 dozen cookies and to cover a shift either Friday, Sunday or Monday. See Ed for a schedule. This fundraiser supports the Needmore Community Center.

Community Center Raffle

The raffle drawing will be at Gordon’s Cruise-In Aug. 22 at 6PM.

Community Paint Night Fundraiser

Join us for a fall paint night. This fundraiser will help offset the costs of part of the troop’s uniform.

Coffee Break

Our next fundraiser is helping at the route 70 rest stop coffee break over Labor Day weekend. Families are asked to make 120-144 cookies for the weekend. Our troop will officially cover Sunday’s hours from 7AM-10PM. Mr. Wenschhof will email a schedule sign up. Boys are welcome Friday through Monday as their schedules permit.

Fair Work

Our troop has contracted with the Fulton County fair board to empty trash barrels and clean the bathrooms. Sign up for certain days and times with Ed. We’d like each boy to help on two shifts.
